FlyRods.com is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of the ship date, with original packaging. While we do gladly ship to Canada, unfortunately, our current supplier does not accept returns on international orders, so no returns from Canada at this time.  That said, if a product arrives damaged, drop us a line, we'll work with you to make it right.  


1. E-mail – returns@flyrods.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item arrives defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. Otherwise the buyer is responsible for shipping and may ship the item using the carrier of his/her choice. 


2. If the package or item was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days for delivery and we will resolve the issue.
